I've done this long enough not to get overly excited about days like Friday. "This is it!" moments rarely turn out to be "it!" Indeed, paradoxically, the most sensational days like Friday start off as nothing days. I was busily getting ready to head to the airport, and the opening looked really blase, with the notable exception of UNH. I thought to myself, "Well, at least UNH will make Friday semi-decent." Little did I know!

In any case, the chart of the percentage of stocks above their 200-day moving average continues to erode, which is fantastic, broadly speaking.
