The Gaps in China
an update on my Asian put positions
Over tens of thousands of trades in my lifetime, I honestly don't think I've traded a Chinese stock until the past week or so, but I'm finding it quite interesting. I was smitten by this class of security because of the loony-tunes 40% ascent in prices in a matter of days on broad Chinese indexes. My go-to ETF to track this is FXI, which is a metropolitan zone that we can dub Gap City.
On the heels of this unhinged rally, there are two gaps far, far below present price levels that are beckoning. With this mind, I have steadfastly maintained my January put positions on the securities below, each of which have their own respective price gaps which I'd sincerely love to see filled.
